Tracy Malikowski has been practicing Massage Therapy for the past 11 years and exploring human movement and various somatic modalities for the past 20 years. She has studied Myofascial Release Technique extensively with John F Barnes since 2010 and uses it almost exclusively in her practice. She is also advanced certified in pre-natal massage.

Every therapy session is customized to her client’s goals to attain the best results for a pain free and active lifestyle.  She strongly believes that self-treatment is key to achieving these goals and expects you to actively participate in this process. Practitioner and client work as a team to formulate the best plan to achieve optimum health.

Tracy received her Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Biology and Psychology, from the University of Oregon. She grew up as a gymnast, danced for 15 years, and is currently pursuing the sport of triathlon.
